TRAVEL AGENT TICKETING INSTRUCTIONS.
DON'T MISS OUT ON EARNING POINTS.
To ensure proper credit, please place the company's SkyBonus ID in the Tour Code field of the ticket. Combinable ticket designators need to be placed in the ticket designator field, while the SkyBonus ID should be placed in the tour code box. Delta Air Lines will track flown revenue and automatically award points to your company´s SkyBonus account. Here are the formats used by the Global Distribution System to input the SkyBonus ID in the Tour Code field.
These examples use fictitious SkyBonus IDs of ESZZZ, SME12345, US1234567, and US123456789. Only the five-character, eight-character (SME followed by 5 digits), nine-character (two-letter country code followed by 7 digits) or eleven-character (two-letter country code followed by 9 digits) SkyBonus ID should be placed in the Tour Code field. If other text is included, the SkyBonus system will not be able to track the ticket and award points.
In order to manage a company's account, your agency must be enrolled in the SkyBonus Agency program and your agency number (ARC/IATA) must be indicated in the company´s SkyBonus profile.
Thank you for your participation and support of Delta Air Lines and SkyBonus.
