Add Tickets

Retroactive credit is allowed for qualifying flights purchased and flown after your enrollment date. In addition, only eligible travel purchased and flown within the last 12 months of your membership is considered for credit.

If the SkyBonus account number was not added to the ticket at time of purchase, fill out the form below to request credit. Tickets are processed and will appear on your statement within six to eight weeks after travel.

1) Select from the list of eligible airline ticket codes*

2) Enter the next 10 digits of your ticket number

3) Enter the first 5 characters of the traveler's last name

4) Click on "Submit"

If you have more than one ticket to submit, use the “Add Another Ticket” button to enter additional tickets before submitting your request.

If your travel was purchased with a credit card, you can find your ticket number on your credit card statement or by contacting the credit card company. Online travel agencies usually list your ticket number in their email confirmation or on their website.

Tickets purchased through Delta will include the ticket number on your electronic or paper ticket receipt. See the example below.
