Along with a few details, we would like to know more about your business and how these points will help your company recover from current events impacting the US, including the COVID-19 pandemic, in 250 words or less.
Please provide your company’s information below. Once you have submitted your application you will receive a confirmation email in the following days confirming that your request has been received. Selected SkyBonus accounts will be notified by email on or before January 31, 2021, of their approved application with details outlining the total amount of points they will receive. Points will be deposited on or before February 28, 2021, and will be reflected in your account statement and available point balance on the SkyBonus website.

OFFICIAL PROGRAM RULES: SKYBONUS SUPPORT SMALL PROGRAM
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, WHO ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AS OF NOVEMBER 20, 2020 AND DESIGNATED TO BE A SMALL BUSINESS LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES. APPLICANT COMPANY MUST BE AN ACTIVE MEMBER IN GOOD STANDING OF THE SKYBONUS PROGRAM BASED IN THE US. Employees and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related) of Delta Air Lines, Inc. (“Sponsor”), and its advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to apply or benefit. By participating, applicants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the official review and/or Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this program. Program is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
APPLICATION PERIOD: The program begins on at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on December 1, 2020 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on January 31, 2021 (the “Application Period”).
TO APPLY: Visit www.skybonus.delta.com/supportsmall_apply to complete and submit the online application form. Qualified SkyBonus account members must enter the required business and contact information as requested on the application form and submit a written response to the statement: “Tell Us Your Story and How Delta SkyBonus Can Help You Overcome Adversity” in 250 words or less in the space provided (the “Answer”). The Answer should use the Eligibility Criteria listed in these Official Rules as a format guide. All applications must be received by the conclusion of the Application Period to be eligible to benefit. Limit one (1) application per SkyBonus account for the duration of the Application Period. Multiple applications received from any SkyBonus account after the first application received from that SkyBonus account or email address will be void. Applications will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of application. All applications become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
Applicants warrant and represent that the Answer submitted is his/her own original work, true and verifiable, and that it does not defame or invade publicity rights or privacy of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any person’s personal or property rights or any other third-party rights. Answers must be in English, be in keeping with the Sponsor’s image and may not be offensive or inappropriate, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify an Answer if it determines the Answer, in its sole discretion, to be offensive, inappropriate, not in keeping with Sponsor’s image or other is otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. Applicants, by submitting an Answer, understand that such Answer may be posted on website.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: All applications received by Sponsor will be reviewed by Delta’s SkyBonus Program Administrators to determine the eligibility of the account in this Program by considering any or all of the following criteria: Accuracy of information entered, inclusion of an active SkyBonus ID of an account in ‘good standing’, a valid National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) certification number, Women-Owned Business (WBE) certification, or other indicator of diversity, overcoming adversity, or systemic oppression, proposed usage of SkyBonus points grant, and appropriateness, persuasiveness and thoughtfulness of the Answer.
Approved applicants will receive a grant in a minimum amount of 200,000 SkyBonus points and will be notified by e-mail on or before February 28, 2021. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to conduct a background check on approved applicants and disqualify any application submitted by a person who has been charged or convicted of a crime or, if Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that awarding a prize to such individual may reflect unfavorably on the Program or Sponsor. Reviewers’ decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Program.
SKYBONUS POINT AND/OR TICKET GRANTS: At least Twenty-five million (25m) SkyBonus points will be evenly distributed across approximately 150 qualifying SkyBonus accounts who submitted an approved application for participation in the SkyBonus Support Small Program. In addition, additional points will be allocated by Delta, to the extent Delta receives for this Program: (a) point donations by any active SkyBonus account in the form of points or (b) donations of any valid unused travel award certificate in the possession of a Corporate Sales Agreement account or Mid-Market Sales Agreement account donated by said accounts to SkyBonus accounts participating in the SkyBonus Support Small Program. Value of the unused tickets donated will be converted into points and awarded to participating SkyBonus accounts selected for the SkyBonus Support Small Program.
All SkyBonus Program Terms & Conditions, including expiration date, apply to granted points. Travelers from beneficiary companies and guests are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. Certain travel restrictions may apply. Beneficiary is solely responsible for all expenses, costs or fees associated with acceptance and/or use of the points not specified herein as being awarded including, without limitation, any and all taxes (including flight taxes), ground transportation, meals, gratuities, extended stay and souvenirs.
Points are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Beneficiary may not substitute, assign or transfer points or redeem points for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute points for ticket (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value. Beneficiary is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with point or ticket acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All point details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion and subject to availability. All beneficiaries must provide Sponsor with a Security or Tax Identification Number.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered, garbled, illegible or postage-due mail, entries or email; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Program, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Program, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Program-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Program. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Program or downloading materials from or use of the web site. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Program or website or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Program be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Program and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential grant recipients from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and Program agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any grant or entrant’s participation in this Program. Except where legally prohibited, entry into this Program and/or winner’s acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval.
OWNERSHIP: By submitting an Answer, each applicant agrees that Sponsor shall become the sole owner of the Answer submitted ( including all rights embodied therein) and that it and its designees may exploit, edit, modify, and distribute the Answer and all elements of such Answer, including, without limitation, the names and likenesses of any persons or locations embodied therein (including themselves), in any and all media known or not currently know, throughout the world in perpetuity without compensation, permission or notification to the applicant or any third party, except where prohibited by law. By submitting an Answer, applicant waives any and all rights of privacy (including without limitation to their name and likeness) and intellectual property rights they may have to the Answer. Submission of an Answer further constitutes applicant’s consent to irrevocably transfer to the Sponsor all rights, title and interest in the Answer including, without limitation, the copyright.
