** For domestic air transportation or international air transportation (each as defined by Delta) provided by Delta booked and paid in accordance with this Agreement, traveler shall be entitled to (1) a 20% discount on published Y0 (domestic and Canada Coach Class) and F0 (domestic and Canada First Class) fares, respectively, in effect when booked, (2) for travel from the United States to Mexico, Central America, South America and the Caribbean, a 20% discount on published J (international Business Class) or C (International Business Class) fares, respectively, in effect when booked, (3) for travel from the United States to all other international destination, a 20% discount on published J (International Business Class) fares, and (4) for all other domestic fares or international fares for travel on Delta, the best available published fares in effect when booked. All Delta domestic and international fares booked in accordance with this Agreement are subject to all applicable rules published by Delta from time to time. Air transportation on Delta and Delta Connection® carriers is subject to Delta’s Contract of Carriage, which is incorporated into every ticket for travel and may be viewed and/or downloaded at http://www.delta.com . Delta reserves the right to amend its Contract of Carriage at any time. Your travel will be governed by the rules that are in effect on the date your travel begins. Delta ticket agents and employees cannot modify the terms of the contract without authority from a corporate officer.
Purchase of Delta flights using a Wheels Up Fund Program will be subject to a non-refundable fee of $50 per ticket (the “Handling Fee”). Handling Fee applies to the original purchase and/or any voluntary changes of the applicable transportation or related service and does not replace any change fees assessed by Delta. The Handling Fee is non-refundable, including in the event tickets are cancelled or voided as part of Delta’s Risk-Free Cancellation policy.
All Wheels Up flights are operated by our DOT/FAA-authorized air carrier subsidiaries (Wheels Up Private Jets LLC, Gama Aviation LLC, Mountain Aviation LLC, Sterling Aviation LLC, and TWC Aviation LLC) or by an approved vendor air carrier that has undergone Wheels Up’s safety assessment.
